Drawing on its experience creating luxurious art-inspired hotels, 101 Moray includes a digital interactive wall on the ground floor showcasing art by local artists, a club lounge, end-of-trip facilities, gymnasium and sauna, concierge service, restaurant, and co-working facilities.
Howgroup was invited to collaborate with the Deague Group Project Team and their designers Siren Design Group to design and manufacture unique custom joinery & furniture to complement the ultra-modern building.
Designed to underpin the luxurious spacious environments and many different tenants’ needs, the best of Australian materials including solid timber, steel, veneer, stone, and fabrics have been employed to provide the highest quality and sustainable furniture fit-out. The common areas and c-working facility The Commons are a standout.
*How-C workstations with *Dynamic Ergonomic Task seating provide the workplace areas whilst *Skara swivel low lounge seating and how Cafe furniture provide employees with a spacious workplace and collaborative furniture to chill out, party, or focus on the next business strategy.
