The Adapt Workstation is backed by our 10+10 Warranty as part of the Reborn product refurbishment programme. At the end of the initial 10-year warranty, customers can choose to have HOW Group conduct an on-site product audit. Our team will touch up finishes, replace necessary mechanical components, and issue a brand new 10-year product warranty. This service ensures long-term performance, reduces total cost of ownership, and supports sustainable workplace lifecycles by keeping furniture out of landfill.

The three-tiered telescopic legs house a swift, low-decibel motor for quiet transitions that do not disrupt surrounding workers. For user safety, an inbuilt anti-collision sensor automatically halts and reverses desk movement if an obstruction is detected.

The system is highly customisable and built to order. Layout arrangements include straight or 120-degree configurations available in single, double, quad, or six-desk clusters. Leg profiles can be specified in square, round, or oval shapes. Worktops are available in solid timber or the Polytec commercial range, featuring options for sharknose or square edges, rounded or square corners, and optional scallops for monitor mounts. FSC certified timber tabletops are available to meet specific sustainability requirements.

Cable management is integrated into the structure via a concealed, enclosed cable pathway within the crossbeam, featuring removable segments and multiple access points. Additional cable management options include standard two-tiered cable baskets, enclosed felt baskets, and the Humanscale NeatTech system.
