The Evo Chair, designed by Jonas Forsman for EFG, is a Scandinavian-inspired armchair that merges classic design with cutting-edge technology. Drawing from the iconic 1950s Scandinavian wooden armchairs, Evo elevates the style by using modern techniques like 3D knitting, offering both comfort and sustainability.

Crafted with an FSC-certified wooden frame, Evo is available in white-pigmented ash, black-stained ash, or natural oak, all of which can be paired with Beige or Black Melange 3D-knitted polyester fabric. The seat and back are constructed as a single piece, stretched over a lightweight wooden frame, which is free from padding and foam. This unique design not only minimises material waste but also allows the fabric to be easily replaced, extending the life of the chair.

Evo is engineered with a circular economy in mind, featuring replaceable and recyclable components. Its minimalist construction results in a low carbon footprint, while the durable materials and 5-year warranty ensure long-term use. Certified by Möbelfakta, Evo is not only stylish but also ethically produced, offering a sustainable seating solution for lounges, reception areas, and social spaces.
