Product Information

The Miro Accent is a curvaceous, compact accent chair from Furniture by Design, with a removable back scatter cushion. It is the smaller of the two Miro chairs and suits spaces where a lighter footprint is needed.

Available with rubber glides for a static chair option, or with a swivel base (auto-return is optional).

Designed and made in Australia, Miro Accent is made locally in any colour you like and has a 5 year warranty. Furniture by Design creates ethically and environmentally conscious products with personality, built to be functionally durable.

Upholstery is specified for each project, so we recommend nominating it early and reserving it once the project is confirmed. The Miro Luxe is the wider, more cushioned chair in the same family, and HOW Group can help you choose between the two.

Furniture by Design is an Australian Furniture brand that designs and manufactures their pieces in Sydney, Australia. Because everything is Australian Made by a local team, using Australian-sourced materials where possible, you get high quality furniture, reliable lead times, and a factory you can actually visit and communicate with. Furniture by Design are also part of the Declare program, which gives you a transparent sustainability label to specify with confidence.

Their pieces are simple in construction, which makes them easy to customise. You can choose from a range of dimensions, fabrics, timbers, metals and finishes, in any colour you like. That simplicity also gives you room to manage budget, swapping in a more affordable fabric without compromising the design of the furniture.
