CBS was founded by Martyn Colebrook, Peter Bosson, and Brenda Saunders, who were motivated by a desire to innovate and create new ergonomic solutions. Their first major product, Wishbone, was the world’s first flatscreen monitor arm. This was followed by Ollin, the first dynamic monitor arm supporting weights from 0 to 9kg.
CBS is driven by a commitment to innovation, continually improving methods and creating solutions for diverse ergonomic challenges. Their creative process extends from initial sketches to sustainable manufacturing practices.
The company values open communication and collaboration, fostering relationships with a worldwide network of manufacturers, dealers, and distributors. This approach has led to their products being installed in some of the most high-profile international design projects.
Human-centred design is at the core of CBS’s philosophy, ensuring that their products enhance both user experience and workspace functionality.
