Sustainable Furniture Solutions

The project emphasised sustainable practices, with a significant portion of the furniture reused from previous speculative suites. Modular soft seating pieces were rearranged to fit their new locations, and custom joinery booths were taken apart and reinstalled in new breakout zones. This approach not only reduced waste but also maintained a cohesive aesthetic throughout the building. The open plan offices featured X Table Workstations, promoting health and movement with Adapt Workstations, and the innovative paper softwall from molo created flexible lounge areas.

Versatile and Functional Spaces

HOW Group supplied a wide range of furniture, including dining chairs and tables, stools, high benches for breakout zones, and modular soft seating for collaboration areas. The fit-out also included fixed height workstations for hot desking areas, sit-stand workstations to encourage movement, meeting tables and chairs, lounge sofas, and ergonomic task chairs. Executive offices were equipped with Humanscale Freedom Task Chairs, enhancing comfort and productivity. The result was a versatile and functional workspace that met the modern needs of its occupants while prioritising sustainability.
